Shiwu received B.Eng. and Ph.D. degree all from School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2012 and 2017, respectively. He was also a visiting student at Harvard University from Sep. 2015 to Aug. 2016. His research focuses on the renewable energy integration, enviroment related power system operation, and power system restoration.
